Click on Tools (on top of the browser)

Click on Internet Options (from tools) Tools -> Internet

From Internet Options click on Advance Tap (should be
far to the right)

There you would something like the image bellow make
sure those 2 points are checked marked * Make sure Java Sun is not
checked Marked!

Now after dong this, press apply or ok and then ok
again.

Close your browser and lunch it again and try to go to
chat page and see if it works?

If it does not work, then restart your computer and try
the chat page again

If it still does not work, then you must upgrade your
browser with latest service pack from Micro Soft page, click on the link
bellow and then do all those steps again and it should work
